I honestly can’t be thankful enough to the DNExpress team. I’ve made it my goal to obtain dual citizenship this year and DNExpress made this whole process so easy. Even though I had an imperfect case cause of a parent’s name error on my birth certificate. They provided options and Despite that name error, I still got my Mexican citizenship just under 4 weeks. It has been an amazing experience from the first time you walked into the office and you get attended by one of the wonderful ladies that work in their San Bernardino office when they start the process all the way till the end when they charge you the other half after receiving the email congratulating you that you are a citizen then you get the final email that will ask you if you want your documents to be sent to the address of your choice for free or for a $20 fee, which guarantees insurance. This is the place to go if you want to become a dual Citizen and get the citizenship of your parents to be part one of the most beautiful countries in Latin America go to their San Bernardino office talk to those wonderful and amazing ladies and you won't regret becoming a dual citizen. I had a great experience Adriana Orozco and Roka Schnegg also rest of the DNE team.Originally I was in Mexico when they assisted me and they assisted me with everything I needed everything from my US birth certificate and gathering my mother‘s Mexican birth certificate in order to get my dual citizenship by receiving my own Mexican birth certificate. DNExpress is a first class service that was able to help me get my Mexican citizenship even though my case wasn't straight forward. My mom's name had gotten "misspelled" when she became a naturalized American citizen, so the exact spelling on my birth certificate didn't match her Mexican birth certificate. DNExpress was able to take my case through the process and while I was originally expecting everything to take 6-8 weeks, especially since it was around Thanksgiving and Christmas. I received an early Christmas present around the first week of December. There was an email waiting in my inbox for me to verify the details on my Mexican birth certificate.With that I was able to get my Mexican passport and all of this was made possible and hassle free with DNExpress.

I would highly recommend DNExpress. DNExpress got multiple family members and myself citizenship and was able to judicially reconstruct my ancestor's destroyed Mexican birth certificate. They were extremely cost effective. They have opened doors for me, especially important now that I'm terrified about what's happening in the US. I have recommended them to family and colleagues, and I would recommend them to anyone who sees this.They lose 1 star because it took about 6 months for them to do anything and were extremely slow to reply during that time, often requiring numerous follow ups. However, they seem to have fixed this issue by hiring more staff. After those 6 months of delay, they were on time with their estimated timeframes for acquiring citizenship and they had someone on their WhatsApp who was extremely responsive and helped me get answers within a day. So I don't expect any new clients to face the issue with the delays. They also ended up judicially reconstructing my ancestor's birth certificate for free and gave me a discount because of this delay, so they more than made up for it. I believe each person's citizenship took 4-5 weeks for DNExpress to acquire.

I will be very honest, at first I didn't even think that this place was legit, it was just me thinking that. I did research on it and found good positive reviews and decided to give it a try. The initial process was super easy, everything is done via email at first or throughWhatsApp. Once they checked my cases which were for my daughter, son and wife, they said that I just needed to get a signed birth certificate from the hall of records in San Bernardino for my daughter. After that, I had perfect cases. For my wife they recommended that my suegro should apply for her but for my kids I did it. The process took one month and everything went super smooth. I highly recommend utilizing DNExpress for anyone trying to obtain their Mexican citizenship. In my case both of my parents were born in Mexico and had never registered my birth as a Mexican born abroad. DNExpress handled everything! This company is amazing! I did a quick scheduled interview over the phone. Got the information I needed uploaded to them, then they let me know I was a perfect candidate due to having all the needed docs ready to go. I paid them 50% up front, then sent my US birth cert to them, they received it and gave me confirmation. 3 weeks later, I receive confirmation that my Mexican BC is ready and sent me a scanned copy to double check it for accuracy and submit my final payment. I was worried the process of getting my husband’s Mexican birth certificate would be extremely difficult due to his mom changing her name when she naturalized as a US citizen but they handled all of it for us and walked us through everything we needed to do. Trabajando en mi español diariamente! My husband got his duel Mexican citizenship today! Next is his passport and my citizenship! ¡Viva la México! 🇲🇽DNE did an amazing job helping my husband through me by proxy. His father is no longer with us but was born so long ago his Mexican Birth Certificate was never digitized. DNE had boots on the ground in the city he was born in, had them search by hand for 3 weeks in old church and hospital records. They found it! From there they digitized it and then proceeded getting my husband his duel citizenship. We tried going though a consult but they were no help with finding his dads records. They also wanted all of his mother’s records which had nothing to do with his Mexican language. This process was not fast, most because of the search and having to get a TX birth certificate apostates and were in Alaska. But none of that was DNEs fault. That’s just the way it is! Again thank you! Anyone who has doubts, don’t this is so legit. I will also be going though them to help with getting me my permanent residency then my naturalization paperwork. I am Mexican by marriage! 🇲🇽
